Universitas Indonesia telah mendapatkan berbagai penghargaan di antaranya :

• Universitas Indonesia tampil di rangking pertama untuk kategori universitas asal Indonesia versi QS dan peringkat 64 Asia pada tahun 2013.
• Universitas Indonesia tampil di rangking pertama untuk kategori universitas asal Indonesia versi QS, peringkat 59 Asia, dan peringkat 273 dunia pada tahun 2012.
• Universitas Indonesia tampil di rangking pertama untuk kategori universitas asal Indonesia versi QS, peringkat 50 Asia, dan peringkat 217 dunia pada tahun 2011.
