Harumi Manik Ayu Yamin

She has been a full-time lecturer at the English Studies Program, Faculty of Humanities, Universitas Indonesia since 2007. She is currently the Vice Secretary of The Association for the Teaching of English as a Foreign Language in Indonesia (TEFLIN). Previously, she was the Director of Lembaga Bahasa Internasional (LBI) FIB UI (2020-2022), the Vice Director of LBI FIB UI (2019), and a Cambridge Inspector (2018-2022). She coordinated and facilitated various community service and professional development programs for university lecturers under Universitas Indonesia’s outreach initiatives. Her experience in EMI and teacher professional development has led her to speak in various workshops and academic forums nationally and internationally. A certified public speaker, she has also been actively involved in various teacher professional development programs collaborating with Regional English Language Office (RELO), the British Council, and TEFLIN.
