Students from the Japanese Studies Program participated in the Kyoto Summer Program (KSP), an annual short program organized by Kyoto University. A total of five students from the 2022 Japanese Studies Program participated, namely Julyanniza Anindya, Ivanka Aurelia Haryanto, Ivon Aulia Septina, Yahya Salam, and Refale Areo Aljid. From July 25 to August 8, 2025, they took part in various activities at Kyoto University’s Yoshida Campus, including Japanese language learning, lectures, field trips, and Japanese cultural experiences. The participation of Japanese Studies students was made possible with travel support from The Japan Foundation, Japan. Reflections on the experience of participating in the KSP program are documented in a Japanese-language video available on the official YouTube channel of FIB UI @humasfibui. (CA).
