The Faculty of Humanities of Universitas Indonesia (FIB UI) established a cooperation with the Legiun Veteran Republik Indonesia DKI Jakarta (LVRI). The cooperation document was signed on Tuesday, July 30, 2024, at LVRI Headquarters DKI Jakarta.
The signing was done by the Dean of FIB UI Dr. Bondan Kanumoyoso, S.S., M.Hum. and the Chairman of LVRI DKI Jakarta, Marsda TNI (Ret) Sri Budjono, S.E. Also present from FIB UI were the Vice Dean for Resources, Venture and General Affairs Dr. Taufik Asmiyanto, M.Si., and Manager of Cooperation and Venture Mrs. Eva Latifah, Ph.D. Meanwhile from the LVRI side, some leaders who attended included Colonel (Ret.) Dr. Suyudiman Saleh, S.E., M.B.A., M.M. as Deputy Chairperson I for Organizational Affairs and Admiral TNI (Ret.) Hasbi Zulfian as Deputy Chairperson II for General Affairs.
Some of the agreed points of cooperation include organizing inheritance activities and discussions about the soul, spirit, and fighting values of 1945 (Pewaris JSN ’45), organizing talk shows related to the theories obtained, and conducting studies and research in the field of the history of the nation’s struggle and independence defenders.
