Faculty of Humanities and JICA Collaborate in Hosting A “Japanese Modernization” Course for Students.

The Faculty of Humanities, Universitas Indonesia in collaboration with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) hosts a new course “Japanese Modernization” for this new academic year with a total of 109 students. There are 83 participants from various faculties at UI and 33 students from other universities in Indonesia.

The opening and introduction of this course was held today (2/9/2021), and was attended by the
representatives of JICA, the representatives of the Faculty of Humanities as well as facilitators and students of the course.

The Chief Representative of JICA Indonesia Office, Mr. Ogawa Shigenori, and the Dean of the Faculty of Humanities, University of Indonesia, Dr. Adrianus Laurens Gerung Waworuntu, S.S., M.A., delivered the opening remarks.

FIB UI dan JICA Berkolaborasi Menyelenggarakan Mata Kuliah “Japanese Modernization” untuk Mahasiswa.

Fakultas Ilmu Budaya Universitas Indonesia bekerjasama dengan Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) menyelenggarakan mata kuliah baru “Japanese Modernization” untuk tahun ajaran baru ini dengan total 109 orang mahasiswa: 83 peserta diantaranya
berasal dari berbagai fakultas di Universitas Indonesia dan 33 mahasiswa berasal dari universitas lain di Indonesia. Pembukaan dan pengenalan mata kuliah ini dilaksanakan hari ini (2/9/2021), dan dihadiri oleh perwakilan JICA, perwakilan FIB UI, serta fasilitator dan mahasiswa. Chief Representative Kantor JICA Indonesia, Bapak Ogawa Shigenori, dan Dekan Fakultas Ilmu Pengetahuan Budaya Universitas Indonesia, Dr. Adrianus Laurens Gerung Waworuntu, S.S., M.A., memberikan sambutan pada acara pembukaan.
