It is a guideline used to describe achievements of learners of foreign languages across Europe and, increasingly, in other countries.

In this workshop participants were encouraged to discuss with each other about several topics, such as types of writing, writing prompts/contexts, writing output, linguistics knowledge, and task completion. The last session was followed by giving a token of appreciation to the workshop facilitator and taking a group photo with the audience.
